About Us

The Savings Bank was founded in 1912 under the name of The Circleville Savings and Banking Company. There were six original incorporators: Phillip Herrnstein, Henry C. Allen, J.R. Noecker, Frederick Barnes, W.L. Peters and H.M. Crites.
